Terms of Service
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Version: 1.5
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between Kranz & Gupta, Indiepal GbR, Brunnenstr. 11, 53123 Bonn, Germany ("Preb", "we", "us") and the business that creates or uses a Preb workspace (the "Customer", "you"). They govern the use of the Preb website and application at preb.co and all related services (the "Service").
Preb is a tool for businesses. By creating a workspace, by accepting an invitation to a workspace or by using the Service, you confirm that you act for a business or professional purpose, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorised to bind the Customer to these Terms. The Service is not offered to consumers.
The Data Processing Agreement (the "DPA") and the Privacy Policy form part of this contract. If an Order Form signed by both parties conflicts with these Terms, the Order Form prevails.
1. Definitions
- Workspace: the team account in Preb that holds lists, members, credits and the subscription.
- User: a natural person with a Preb account who is a member of a Workspace. Users act for the Customer. Roles are Owner, Admin and Member, see Section 4.
- Credit: the unit in which use of the Service is measured and paid for. Credits are not money, see Section 6.
- List: one upload or manual entry of contacts and the results of its enrichment.
- Customer Data: the data you upload or enter, such as names, companies, LinkedIn profile URLs and email addresses of candidates and hiring managers, together with any other columns in your files.
- Results: the data the Service returns for Customer Data, such as email addresses with a deliverability status, phone numbers, job titles, employers, locations and public professional profile information.
- Contact: a person described by Customer Data or Results.
- Subscription: a paid plan that renews monthly or yearly and grants Credits each billing period.
- Trial: the free Credits granted to a new Workspace.
- Order Form: a written order for volumes or terms outside the self-service plans, signed by both parties.
2. The Service
2.1 What Preb does. You upload a spreadsheet or enter contacts by hand. On your instruction Preb finds and verifies work email addresses, personal email addresses and mobile phone numbers, identifies people from an email address, and returns public professional profile data. Results appear in your Workspace and can be exported.
2.2 Where Results come from. Preb does not keep its own database of people. Results are obtained on your behalf from specialist contact data providers that compile and verify publicly available professional information. The providers are named in our Sub-processor List.
2.3 Result quality. Email addresses are shown as Valid (the mailbox was confirmed), Probably valid (the mail server accepts every address, but additional checks point to a real mailbox), Catch-all (the mail server accepts every address, so a bounce is possible) or Not found. Phone numbers carry a line type and, where available, a confidence that the number belongs to the person and a connect rate signal. Bounce rates and connect rates shown in the Service are estimates, not guarantees. Preb works on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that a Result is found, that it is accurate, current or deliverable, or that a particular find rate is reached. Data about people changes daily, and Results reflect the sources at the time of the request.
2.4 Changes to the Service. We develop the Service continuously. We may add, change or remove features, limits and data providers. We will not remove a core feature you pay for during a paid period without offering you the choice to cancel with a pro-rated refund of the fees for the remaining period.
2.5 Limits. The current limits are 10,000 rows and 20 MB per uploaded file, 25 contacts per manual entry, 100 contacts per request from an AI assistant, and reasonable rate limits on invitations, sign-in emails and assistant requests. We may change limits with notice in the application.
2.6 AI assistants. Users may connect an AI assistant of their choice (for example Claude or ChatGPT) to the Service through the open MCP standard. The assistant then acts on the User's instructions within the Workspace the User chose when approving the connection. Everything an assistant does counts as use of the Service by the Customer: Credits are consumed, limits apply and these Terms apply as if the User had acted in the application. The Customer is responsible for choosing an assistant whose terms allow the processing of Customer Data and Results, for the instructions given to it and for reviewing what it does. Preb is not a party to the Customer's contract with the assistant's provider and gives no warranty for the assistant's behaviour, availability or output. A connection can be ended at any time under Integrations.
3. Accounts
3.1 Sign-in. There are no passwords. Users sign in with a link sent to their email address or with their Google account. Sign-up requires a work email address. Free webmail and disposable addresses are not accepted unless the person was invited to an existing Workspace.
3.2 Your responsibility. You are responsible for everything that happens in your Workspace, including the acts and omissions of your Users and anyone who uses a User's sign-in. Keep sign-in emails private, do not share accounts, keep your contact details current and tell us at once at hello@preb.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 One account per person. Each User may hold one account. A person may be a member of several Workspaces.
4. Workspaces and roles
4.1 Roles. The Owner is the User who created the Workspace. Owners manage members, billing and the Workspace itself, including its deletion. Admins manage members and billing and may delete any List. Members create and manage their own Lists and may leave the Workspace. Invitations are sent by Owners and Admins and expire after 7 days.
4.2 Who is the Customer. The Customer is the legal entity on whose behalf the Owner created the Workspace. If the Owner acts for themselves as a sole trader, the Owner is the Customer. Lists belong to the Workspace, not to the User who created them, and stay in the Workspace when a User leaves or is removed.
4.3 Deletion by you. Any User can delete their own account in Settings. The Owner can delete the whole Workspace in Settings. Both actions are immediate and permanent. See Section 8.4 for the effect on Credits and fees.
5. Free trial
New Workspaces created with a work email address receive 50 Credits that expire 30 days after sign-up. The Trial requires no payment details and ends on its own. We grant one Trial per person, limit the number of Trials per email domain, and may refuse or revoke a Trial where we see signs of abuse, for example repeated sign-ups or accounts created to resell Results. Invited members and re-created accounts do not receive a Trial. Trial Credits follow the same rules as paid Credits.
Sample lists. We may, at our discretion, enrich a small number of profiles you name as a free sample and show you the result behind a private link and an access code, without an account. The link and the code are personal to you and must not be passed on. Sample Results are provided as they are, without any warranty, and count as Results under Sections 9 and 10 once you download them: you may use them for recruiting and hiring only and you are responsible for your own lawful basis towards the people in the list. We can close a sample link at any time and delete samples 12 months after they were last opened.
Referral programme. Every Workspace has a personal invite link and code (Settings, Invite friends) that its members may share with people at other companies. When a person who has no Preb account creates one through the link and their Workspace pays its first Subscription invoice within 90 days of signing up, the inviting Workspace receives Referral Credits in the amount shown in the application when the reward is granted (currently 500). Referral Credits are granted once per referred person and never for Trials, invoices paid entirely with a promotion code or Overspend invoices. The following do not count and may lead to the withdrawal of Referral Credits and to termination under Section 15: inviting yourself or accounts you control, a second account on your own email domain, members of your own Workspace, re-created accounts, and groups of accounts referring each other. We may cap the number of rewards per Workspace and period, and may change or end the programme at any time; Referral Credits already granted stay valid. The invite link must be shared personally; mass mailings, paid advertising or placing the link where its recipients did not ask for it is not allowed. We never send invitations on your behalf. Referral Credits are Credits under Section 6.
6. Credits
6.1 How Credits are used. Credits are consumed only for Results that are found. The current costs are:
- Work email address (Valid, Probably valid or Catch-all): 2 Credits
- Personal email address: 6 Credits
- Mobile phone number: 20 Credits
- Person identified from an email address (reverse lookup): 2 Credits, charged only when a person is found
- Email address invalid or not found: 0 Credits
- Landline or voice-over-IP number: 0 Credits
- Job title, employer, location and profile data returned with a Result: 0 Credits
A Catch-all email address is charged, because the source has verified it as far as the receiving mail server allows, even though the domain accepts all addresses. A contact that your Workspace already enriched within the last 90 days with the same fields is served again free of charge.
6.2 Estimates and holds. Before a List starts, the application shows a typical and a maximum cost. We reserve the typical amount from your balance while the List runs and release whatever is not used. If a running List exhausts your balance, it pauses and continues automatically once Credits are available, unless Overspend is switched on for the Workspace and the List, see Section 6.6. If you stop a List, contacts already in progress finish and are charged; nothing new is submitted.
6.3 Expiry. Credits expire. Credits from a monthly Subscription expire 3 months after they are granted. Credits from an annual Subscription expire 12 months after they are granted. Trial Credits expire after 30 days. Referral Credits expire 12 months after they are granted. Credits are consumed oldest first. The balance and the expiry dates are shown in the application and in Settings, Billing.
6.4 Nature of Credits. Credits are a unit of account for the use of the Service. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to another Workspace or person, and are not refundable, including when they expire unused, when a List is deleted, or when the Workspace is deleted. Credits consumed by Results that you later find unsatisfactory are not refunded, because every Result is bought from our data providers at the moment it is found. If a Contact objects to the processing of their data, we may remove their Results from the Service without refunding the Credits used, see Section 9.5. Referral Credits granted for a referral that did not meet the conditions of Section 5 may be withdrawn to the extent they are unused.
6.5 Changes to Credit costs. We may change the Credits charged per Result type with at least 30 days notice by email or in the application. Changes apply to Lists started after the change takes effect.
6.6 Overspend. An Owner or Admin of a Workspace with an active Subscription can switch on Overspend in Settings, Billing. With Overspend on, a List does not pause when the balance is empty. Credits used beyond the balance are counted exactly and invoiced in money at the price per Credit of your current plan, which is the plan price divided by the Credits it includes and is shown before you confirm. Each List is invoiced when it finishes or is stopped; Lists that run longer than a day are invoiced for the Credits used so far once a day, and amounts below USD 0.50 are carried over to the next invoice. Overspend invoices are charged automatically to the payment method on file. By switching on Overspend you authorise these charges. You can set a monthly limit in Credits, after which Lists pause until the next calendar month, a higher limit or new Credits, and you can switch Overspend off at any time; a batch already submitted to our providers finishes and is invoiced. Each List can be excluded from Overspend when it is started. If an Overspend invoice cannot be charged, Lists that need Credits beyond the balance pause, and Overspend stays blocked until the invoice is paid; Section 7.7 applies. Overspend Credits are used for Results like any other Credits and Section 6.4 applies to them.
7. Plans, fees and payment
7.1 Plans. Preb offers monthly and annual Subscriptions in several sizes. The current plans, prices and the Credits included are shown in Settings, Billing, before you buy. Monthly plans currently range from 1,000 Credits for USD 36.50 per month to 200,000 Credits for USD 4,375 per month. Annual plans range from 12,000 Credits for USD 390 per year to 2,400,000 Credits for USD 47,250 per year. Annual plans grant all Credits of the year up front. Larger volumes are available by Order Form.
7.2 Automatic renewal. A Subscription renews automatically for the same period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it. At each renewal we charge the then-current price of your plan to your payment method and grant the plan's Credits to your Workspace. You can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing, Manage billing, and the Subscription then ends at the close of the current period. We send a receipt for every charge.
7.3 Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You must provide a valid payment method and a billing address, and you may add a tax identification number. The first period is charged when you subscribe. Preb does not store card numbers. By subscribing you authorise us and Stripe to charge the fees for each period when they fall due, and, if you switch on Overspend, the Overspend invoices described in Section 6.6. Promotion codes apply only as stated on the code and cannot be combined or converted to money.
7.4 Prices and taxes. All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Preb is a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act and does not charge German VAT. You are responsible for any sales, use, withholding or similar tax that applies to your purchase under the law of your location, and you will pay the fees without deduction. Invoices are available in Settings, Billing, Manage billing.
7.5 Upgrades and downgrades. You can change your plan at any time in Settings, Billing. An upgrade takes effect immediately. We charge the price difference for the rest of the current period, grant the additional Credits right away, and bill the new price from the next renewal. A downgrade also takes effect at once for billing purposes, with a credit for the unused part of the old price on your next invoice, and the smaller number of Credits is granted from the next renewal. Credits already in your Workspace are not reduced. If the payment for an upgrade fails, your old plan stays in place until it is paid.
7.6 Price changes. We may change our prices. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance by email or in the application. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal.
7.7 Failed payments. If a charge fails, Stripe retries it and we notify you. If payment is not received within 14 days after the due date, we may suspend the Workspace until all fees are paid and, after a further reminder, terminate the Subscription. Fees for the period already started remain due. We may charge statutory default interest on late payments.
8. Cancellation, refunds and deletion
8.1 Cancellation. You can cancel your Subscription at any time in Settings, Billing, Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then you keep full access and you are not charged again.
8.2 Credits after cancellation. Credits already granted stay in your Workspace until their own expiry date, even after the Subscription has ended, and can be used as long as the Workspace exists.
8.3 No refunds. Fees are not refundable, in whole or in part, for unused time, unused Credits, a downgrade, or a cancellation, except where these Terms expressly say so or where mandatory law requires a refund. Because the Service is sold to businesses only, no consumer right of withdrawal applies.
8.4 Deletion of the Workspace or account. Deleting the Workspace cancels the Subscription immediately without refund, forfeits all remaining Credits, and permanently deletes all Lists, Results and files. Deleting your own account removes you from all Workspaces and deletes every Workspace you own in the same way. Export your Lists before you delete anything.
9. Permitted use and your obligations
9.1 Permitted purpose. The Service and all Results may be used only for recruiting and hiring: finding and contacting candidates, hiring managers and other people involved in a hiring process, on your own behalf or on behalf of a client for whom you recruit. Personal email addresses and mobile phone numbers may be used only to contact a person about a specific job opportunity or hiring process.
9.2 Your legal responsibility for Contacts. You are the controller of Customer Data and Results. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enrich and contact each Contact and for complying with every law that applies to your outreach, including the GDPR and national data protection law, the CCPA and other US state privacy laws, the CAN-SPAM Act for email, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state telemarketing laws for calls and text messages to mobile numbers, and any law that applies where the Contact lives. This includes giving Contacts the privacy information the law requires, honouring opt-outs promptly, and not calling or texting numbers on do-not-call lists where that is required. Preb gives no advice on whether a particular outreach is lawful.
9.3 Prohibited uses. You and your Users will not:
- sell, rent, license, publish or otherwise make Results or Customer Data available to anyone outside the Customer's organisation, except to the client for whom you recruit and only for that engagement;
- use Results to build, enrich or verify a database, list or product for sale or for use outside the permitted purpose;
- use the Service or Results for marketing or advertising campaigns, bulk unsolicited email, automated dialling or texting, or any outreach that is unlawful, misleading, harassing or discriminatory;
- use Results to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, housing or employment in a way regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws, or to investigate individuals;
- upload data you have no right to use, special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, political opinions, sexual orientation, criminal records), data about children, or data obtained by scraping in breach of a website's terms;
- access the Service by any automated means other than the features we provide, probe or test its security, bypass rate limits or access controls, or interfere with its operation;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service, or use it to build or benchmark a competing product;
- share Results or Customer Data with, or transfer them to, any person or country in a way that would be a covered data transaction under the US Department of Justice rule on access to sensitive personal data by countries of concern (28 C.F.R. Part 202), and you confirm that you are not a covered person under that rule;
- use the Service in breach of export control or sanctions law, or if you are located in a country subject to comprehensive US or EU sanctions.
9.4 Enforcement. If we reasonably believe that you breach this Section, that your use creates a legal or security risk for us, our providers or other customers, or that a Contact's rights are at stake, we may suspend the affected Lists, Users or the whole Workspace. We tell you the reason and give you a chance to fix the problem where that is reasonable. Repeated or serious breaches entitle us to terminate under Section 15. Credits used before a suspension are not refunded.
9.5 Requests from Contacts. When a Contact objects to processing or asks us or our providers to delete their data, we may remove or suppress that Contact's Results in your Workspace and block future enrichment of that Contact. Credits consumed for such Results are not refunded. You will forward to us without delay any request from a Contact that concerns the Service.
10. Customer Data and Results
10.1 Ownership and licence. You keep all rights to Customer Data. Results are provided to you for use within the permitted purpose and these Terms. You grant Preb and its sub-processors the right to store, process and transmit Customer Data and Results as needed to provide the Service, including sending Customer Data to our data providers for enrichment.
10.2 Data protection roles. For Customer Data and Results, you are the controller and Preb is your processor. The DPA sets out our obligations, the categories of data, the sub-processors, the security measures and the retention periods. We process Customer Data and Results only on your instructions, we do not sell them, we do not combine them across customers, and we do not build a database of Contacts from them.
10.3 Retention and export. Lists and Results stay in your Workspace until you delete them or the Workspace. Cached Results are kept per Workspace for 90 days. You can export any List at any time. After termination or deletion, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for exporting what you want to keep.
10.4 Your warranties. You warrant that you have the right to upload Customer Data, that doing so and using the Results in the way you intend is lawful, and that Customer Data contains no data listed in Section 9.3.
10.5 Usage data. We may use aggregated and anonymised information about how the Service is used, such as find rates and volumes, to operate and improve the Service. This information never identifies a Customer, a User or a Contact.
11. Intellectual property and feedback
The Service, its software, design, brand, documentation and all improvements belong to Preb or its licensors. Except for the right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation. You may not use the Preb name or logo without our written consent.
12. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential the non-public information it receives from the other in connection with the Service, use it only for the purposes of this contract, and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public without breach, that the receiving party already knew or developed independently, or that must be disclosed by law or court order, in which case the receiving party will inform the other party where permitted. Customer Data and Results are confidential information of the Customer. Our pricing offered by Order Form and non-public product information are confidential information of Preb. These obligations last for three years after the end of the contract.
13. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not promise a specific availability level. Maintenance, updates, failures of our providers and events outside our control can interrupt the Service. Where we can, we announce planned maintenance in advance and schedule it outside US business hours. Lists that are interrupted continue where they stopped. Support is available by email at hello@preb.co and through the chat in the application on business days in Germany. We answer as quickly as we can but do not guarantee response times.
14. Warranties and disclaimers
14.1 Our warranty. We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care and substantially as described in the application and these Terms.
14.2 Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, we give no other warranty. In particular, we do not warrant that Results are complete, accurate, current or deliverable, that any outreach based on them will reach the person or is lawful in your situation, that the Service meets your requirements, or that it is free from interruptions or errors. Results depend on third-party sources and on the quality of the Customer Data you provide. You use Results at your own risk and judgment.
15. Term, suspension and termination
15.1 Term. This contract starts when you first accept it and lasts as long as you have a Workspace. A Subscription runs for the chosen period and renews as described in Section 7.2.
15.2 Termination by you. You end the Subscription by cancelling it, and you end the contract by deleting your Workspace or account.
15.3 Termination by us. We may terminate the contract or a Subscription with 30 days notice to the end of a billing period. We may terminate without notice for cause, in particular if you breach Section 9 and do not cure the breach within 7 days after notice, if a breach cannot be cured or is repeated, if you do not pay despite a reminder, if you become insolvent, or if providing the Service to you would breach the law or our providers' requirements. If we terminate for cause, fees for the current period remain due. If we terminate without cause, we refund the pro-rated fees for the unused part of a prepaid period.
15.4 Effect. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, including Sections 6.4, 8.3, 9, 10.4, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17 and 19, continue to apply.
16. Liability
16.1 Unlimited liability. Preb is liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, for fraudulent concealment of a defect, and under any guarantee we have given in writing.
16.2 Limited liability. For damage caused by simple negligence, Preb is liable only where it breaches an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the contract and on which you may regularly rely (a cardinal obligation). In that case our liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract at the time the contract was concluded, and in total to the fees you paid to Preb in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.
16.3 Excluded damage. Subject to Section 16.1, Preb is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, lost business, loss of goodwill, cost of substitute services, or damage that you could have prevented by reasonable measures, including by exporting your data regularly. We are not liable for damage caused by Customer Data, by your or your Users' use of Results, by unlawful outreach, or by third parties outside our control.
16.4 Employees and agents. These limitations also apply to the personal liability of our partners, employees and agents.
17. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Preb, its partners, employees and agents against all claims, damages, fines, costs and reasonable legal fees brought by third parties, including Contacts and authorities, arising from Customer Data, from your or your Users' use of the Service or Results, from outreach you conduct, or from a breach of Section 9 or 10.4. We will notify you of such a claim promptly and let you control the defence, provided that you do not settle in a way that admits fault on our behalf or imposes obligations on us without our consent.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days notice by email to the Owner and Admins or in the application before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel the Subscription and delete your Workspace before the effective date, and we refund the pro-rated fees for the unused part of a prepaid period if the change materially reduces the Service. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms. Changes required by law or that only benefit you may take effect immediately.
19. Governing law and disputes
19.1 Law. These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict of law rules.
19.2 Talk first. Before starting legal proceedings, the parties will try to resolve a dispute informally. Write to hello@preb.co or, if you are Preb, to the Owner's email address. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may go to court.
19.3 Courts. The courts of Bonn, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes with Customers who are merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, or who have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany. Preb may also sue a Customer at the Customer's seat.
19.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. The English text controls over any translation.
20. General
20.1 Entire agreement and precedence. These Terms, the DPA, the Privacy Policy and any Order Form are the entire agreement about the Service and replace all earlier agreements. In case of conflict the order is: Order Form, DPA, these Terms, Privacy Policy. Your purchase orders or standard terms do not apply even if we do not expressly object to them.
20.2 Notices. We send notices to the email addresses of the Owner and Admins. You send notices to hello@preb.co or to our postal address. Notices by email are deemed received on the next business day.
20.3 Assignment and subcontractors. You may not assign this contract without our written consent, except to a successor of your whole business who accepts these Terms. We may assign it to a successor or affiliate and will inform you. We may use subcontractors, in particular the sub-processors listed in the DPA, and remain responsible for them.
20.4 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, failures of the internet or of third-party providers, or government action. The affected party will inform the other and resume performance as soon as possible. If the event lasts more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected Subscription without further cost.
20.5 Severability. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose.
20.6 No waiver. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
20.7 Written form. Changes to an Order Form require text form, for example email.

- sell, rent, license, publish or otherwise make Results or Customer Data available to anyone outside the Customer's organisation, except to the client for whom you recruit and only for that engagement;
- use Results to build, enrich or verify a database, list or product for sale or for use outside the permitted purpose;
- use the Service or Results for marketing or advertising campaigns, bulk unsolicited email, automated dialling or texting, or any outreach that is unlawful, misleading, harassing or discriminatory;
- use Results to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, housing or employment in a way regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws, or to investigate individuals;
- upload data you have no right to use, special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, political opinions, sexual orientation, criminal records), data about children, or data obtained by scraping in breach of a website's terms;
- access the Service by any automated means other than the features we provide, probe or test its security, bypass rate limits or access controls, or interfere with its operation;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service, or use it to build or benchmark a competing product;
- share Results or Customer Data with, or transfer them to, any person or country in a way that would be a covered data transaction under the US Department of Justice rule on access to sensitive personal data by countries of concern (28 C.F.R. Part 202), and you confirm that you are not a covered person under that rule;

- sell, rent, license, publish or otherwise make Results or Customer Data available to anyone outside the Customer's organisation, except to the client for whom you recruit and only for that engagement;
- use Results to build, enrich or verify a database, list or product for sale or for use outside the permitted purpose;
- use the Service or Results for marketing or advertising campaigns, bulk unsolicited email, automated dialling or texting, or any outreach that is unlawful, misleading, harassing or discriminatory;
- use Results to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, housing or employment in a way regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws, or to investigate individuals;
- upload data you have no right to use, special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, political opinions, sexual orientation, criminal records), data about children, or data obtained by scraping in breach of a website's terms;
- access the Service by any automated means other than the features we provide, probe or test its security, bypass rate limits or access controls, or interfere with its operation;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service, or use it to build or benchmark a competing product;
- share Results or Customer Data with, or transfer them to, any person or country in a way that would be a covered data transaction under the US Department of Justice rule on access to sensitive personal data by countries of concern (28 C.F.R. Part 202), and you confirm that you are not a covered person under that rule;
